Ada peribahasa bilang bahwa anda tidak ada kesempatan kedua untuk membuat kesan pertama, seringkali kesan pertama ini datang dari kata-kata, inilah topik pembahasan saya hari ini, Hai saya Rava Naila, Salam kenal semua. 

Disini saya akan membahas mengenai cara memahami deskriptive text dengan mudah, apasih deskriptive teks itu?, hmmmm biar kalian paham apa itu deskriptive text, simak baik' penjelasan saya yaa🤩🤩🤩

Definition of Deskriptive Text

Descriptive Text is a text which says what a person or a thing is like. Its purpose is to describe and reveal a particular person, place, or thing. 

Generic structure of Deskriptive Text

When writing descriptive text, there are some generic structures (actually not mandatory) for our writing to be true. The arrangement is:

1. Identification: (contains about the introduction of a person, place, animal or object will be described.)

2. Description: contains a description of something such as animal, things, place or person bydecribing its features, forms, colors, or anything related to what the writer describe.

Purpose of Deskriptive text

1. To describe person, thing or place in specific

2.  To describe a particular person, thing or place.

Language Feature of Deskriptive Text

1. Specific participant : has a certain object, is not common and unique (only one). for example: Bandengan beach, my house,Borobudur temple, uncle Jim

2. The use of the adjective (an adjective) to clarify the noun, for example: a beautiful beach, a handsome man, the famous place in jepara, etc.

3. The use of simple present tense: The sentence pattern used is simple present because it tells the fact of the object described.

4. Action verb: verbs that show an activity (for example, run, sleep, walk, cut etc….

Example : 

The sea Eagle

       There is an eagle nesting on the tree top near my grand-parent’s house in Pangandaran. It was a sea eagle.

       The color of its feathers is light brown. It has a strong and sharp yellowish beak. Its claws are very sharp. It hunts for fish in the sea but sometimes it hunts chickens and small birds. 

A. Noun : an eagle

     Adjective : near, light brown, Strong sharp

     Verb : Has, Hunts

B. Noun : Sea Eagle

     Adjective : Strong, Streamlined

     Verb : Has

   Yogyakarta

    Yogyakarta is an area famous for the culture and hospitality of the traditional people of Central Java. Many historical tourist attractions there such as Prambanan Temple, Yogyakarta Palace and others. In Yogyakarta still use the system of government of the Sultanate led by a Sultan. If you are lucky, you can see various events that are closely related to Javanese traditions in Yogyakarta.

My School

        My school is one of the best schools in semarang. No matter what, my school is always attracted the new students every years.

My school is a green and beautiful. There are so many huge trees that make the air become so fresh.

         My school also has a large canteen. My school canteen sells a lot of foods, such as; snacks, meatballs, fried rice, noodles, and many more.

      This school is one of the school’s most in demand  because here the place is so cozy and beautiful so we where comfortable and happy to learn, the peoples who are disciplane in all that trash in its place the teachers are very concern. About the students many extra curriculars that we can follow them:osis,scout,pmr,etc.All students here ought to be proud because smkn4 semarang is already used as an example for other schools, because this school has been accredited worth A.

History Book :

     I have a book I always read at school. I got that book from school too.The book has an interesting content and cover.

      There are pictures and explanations at the beginning of the cover. The book USES slightly thick, polished paper. There are also many pictures in the book. I was very virulent about the book. I never get tired of reading it.
